ด้วยคณะกรรมาธิการยุโรป (European Commission) ได้ประกาศตีพิมพ์ลงใน EU official journal L 271 Volume 71 กฎระเบียบ Commission Decision 2006/656/EC of 20 September 2006 laying down the animal health conditions and certification requirements for imports of fish for ornamental purpose ว่าด้วย การกำหนดเงื่อนไขสุขภาพสัตว์และข้อกำหนดของเอกสารรับรองสำหรับปลาสวยงามนำเข้าจากประเทศที่สาม

ด้วยสหภาพยุโรป (EU) ได้ออกประกาศกฎระเบียบอันเกี่ยวข้องกับการกำหนดและแก้ไขบัญชีรายชื่อยาที่ได้รับการอนุญาตให้ใช้เป็นสารประกอบ (Active Substances) ในผลิตภัณฑ์อารักขาพืช (Plant Protection Products : PPPs) อันได้แก่ Commission Directive 2006/85/EC of 23 October 2006 amending Council Directive 91/414/EEC to include fenamiphos and ethephon as active substances โดยตีพิมพ์ใน EU Official Jourrnal (OJ) L 293 Volume 3 เมื่อวันที่ 24 ตุลาคม 2549

ด้วยสหภาพยุโรป (EU) ได้ออกประกาศอย่างเป็นทางการ Commission Directive 2006/92/EC of 9 November 2006 amending Annexes to Council Directives 76/895/EEC, 86/362/EEC and 90/642/EEC as regards maximum residue levels for captan, dichlorvos, ethion and folpet โดยตีพิมพ์ใน EU Official Journal (OJ) L 311 Volume 31 เมื่อวันที่ 10 พฤศจิกายน 2549 ว่าด้วยการกำหนดระดับสารตกค้างสูงสุดของยาปราบศัตรูพืชบางรายการในพืช
